Au Chant des Grillons, sunny holiday studio with kitchen and terrace in Gruyère

Our independent studio awaits you to recharge your batteries in the bucolic Gruyère region, in the heart of the Gruyère Pays d'en Haut Regional Natural Park, surrounded by mountains like Le Moléson. This studio has a splendid view of the valley and the mountains, and a large sunny terrace facing south.

It is ideal for visiting the typical Swiss landscapes and the famous medieval village of Gruyères, hiking or skiing, or enjoying the Bains de la Gruyère in Charmey and the nearby Cailler chocolate factory in Broc.

This studio of approximately 23 m2 is located on the ground floor of our new family home. It is equipped with a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator and toaster, a large 180 cm bed, and a modern shower room. For your comfort, we provide you with a free high-speed WiFi connection.

Our well-insulated house has solar energy, it is well heated in winter and the studio remains cool even in heatwaves because the back is buried.

By staying in the surrounding area very close to the studio, you will have the opportunity to go on beautiful hikes: go up to Vanil Noir, to the Col de la Forcla, go on foot to Gruyères, go up along the gorges de la Jogne, do the tour of Lake Montsalvens, ...

After your visits or hikes, you can admire the view of the valley and the mountains, lulled by the song of the crickets.

The studio is located 5 minutes from Gruyères and its castle, 10 minutes from Moléson, 10 minutes from Bulle, 15 minutes from Charmey and its Bains, in the heart of the preserved Intyamon valley and very close to Grandvillard, one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. A little further, you can go to Gstaad, its narrow streets, its hikes and its swimming pool with hot outdoor pool.

For those wishing to visit Switzerland, we are less than an hour from the beautiful city of Bern, Lausanne, and around 30 minutes from Montreux and Vevey and their walks along Lake Geneva.

You can do your shopping in nearby grocery stores, buy farm products and enjoy the bakery-cafe in the village. There is also a supermarket a few minutes' drive away.
