Our independent studio awaits you to recharge your batteries in the bucolic Gruyère region, in the heart of the Gruyère Pays d'En Haut Regional Nature Park, surrounded by mountains like Le Moléson and the Vanils.

This studio boasts a splendid panoramic view of the valley and mountains, and a large, sunny, south-facing terrace.

Get ready for weekends of walks and gastronomic delights in our beautiful region, in the heart of the Gruyère Pays d'En Haut Regional Park: On the program: hikes, Gruyère baths, visits to the chocolate factory or Gruyère cheese production site, or simply a good fondue in Gruyères....

This approximately 23 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our modern, recently built (2020) family home. It features a fully equipped modern kitchen with induction hobs and a refrigerator, a double bed, and a modern shower room. For your convenience, we provide free high-speed Wi-Fi and a free parking space.

It is ideal for enjoying nature in the Fribourg pre-Alps, visiting typical Swiss landscapes and the famous medieval village of Gruyères, hiking or skiing, or enjoying the Gruyère Baths in Charmey and the nearby Cailler chocolate factory in Broc.

Our very well insulated house has solar energy for an eco-responsible stay, it is well heated in winter and the studio remains cool even during a heatwave in summer because the back is underground.

Staying in the immediate vicinity of the studio, you will have the opportunity to go on some beautiful hikes: climbing to Vanil Noir, to the Col de la Forcla, to Moléson, walking to Gruyères, hiking along the Jogne gorges, going around Lake Montsalvens or Lake Lessoc, ...

After your visits or hikes, you can admire the view of the valley and the mountains, soothed by the sound of crickets.

The studio is 5 minutes from Gruyères and its castle, 10 minutes from Moléson, 10 minutes from Bulle, and 15 minutes from Charmey, its ski slopes, and its thermal baths. It's nestled in the heart of the unspoiled Intyamon Valley and very close to Grandvillard, one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. A little further afield, you can visit Gstaad, with its charming streets, hiking trails, excellent cross-country ski trails that remain snow-covered in winter, and its swimming pool with a heated outdoor pool – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. We're also about 45 minutes from the Col des Mosses ski resort, with its beautiful downhill and cross-country ski trails. Plenty to keep you busy during an active holiday!

For those wishing to visit Switzerland, we are less than an hour from the beautiful city of Bern, Lausanne, and about 30 minutes from Montreux and Vevey and their walks along Lake Geneva.

You can shop at nearby grocery stores, buy farm products, and enjoy the bakery-café in the village. There is also a supermarket a short drive away.

Important information – Autumn/Winter 2026-2027

Construction work will take place on the adjacent plot during this period, starting at the end of August 2026.

The work is scheduled to take place only from Monday to Friday, between approximately 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Evenings, nights, and weekends will remain quiet . Apart from truck traffic and the initial excavation work, noise will be limited to a few specific times.

To take this situation into account, we are offering advantageous rates during this period.

Our studio remains particularly suitable for travellers who spend their days exploring Gruyère, working or enjoying the many activities in the region.
